Mistakenly Asked My Crush to Walk My Dog

Synopsis:

A sudden business trip left her Pomeranian with no one to care for it.

With no other choice, Nan Shu could only contact a local dog-walker she'd added once before.

The day she returned from her trip, she met the dog-walker in person.

Very handsome, and very familiar.

Oh. It was her high school classmate.

And also...

The high school classmate she'd had a secret crush on, ahhhhhhh!!

-

Xie Zeyan: school heartthrob, top of his grade, student council president, sole heir to the Xie Group — a legendary figure at Jingjia No.1 High School back in the day.

Countless admirers surrounded him, yet none caught his eye.

As one of his many secret admirers, Nan Shu knew she and Xie Zeyan were from completely different worlds, so she buried this feeling silently in her heart.

Who would've thought that a few years later, the golden boy of their generation would be reduced to walking dogs for money?

Nan Shu hesitated before voicing her confusion: "Doesn't your family own a company? How come..."

Xie Zeyan lifted his brows lightly, perfectly at ease: "Oh, the family fell on hard times. Went bankrupt."

-

After their reunion, Xie Zeyan was kicked out by his unscrupulous landlord.

Nan Shu steeled herself and asked him: "Do you want to be my roommate?"

The man's tone carried a hint of pleased triumph: "Can I move in tonight?"

After Xie Zeyan moved in, he not only took over the dog-walking duties but also completely shed his former aloof image, becoming gentle and considerate.

But the more Nan Shu looked, the more something felt off.

Why did the CEO of a business empire on the cover of a finance magazine look exactly like Xie Zeyan?
